Well...I guess I accidentally took the summer off from blogging. I didn't intend to. Life just sorta got in the way...
Been real busy in Phamphlet land. We "finished" the back yard starting in the spring. 6,000 square feet of sod, a play set, a garden shed, who knows how many linear feet of rock walls, about two dozen trees and shrubs, an RV parking spot complete with dump access and 50 Amp electric (for the folks when they visit).
Then I took over my new command. Never been a commanding officer before, that's new and different. Whole new set of demands and skills...
Oh, then a week later the newest edition pamphleteer arrived on scene. She's quite awesome, strikingly beautiful, and genius IQ. Father's just know these things, trust me.
Any regrets for having been out of the blogosphere for the summer?
Not a one.
But now I'm back! Go figure, it's the Pacific Northwest and the rain has begun... what else was I gonna do?
Cheers!!
Welcome back!

Congratulations. I see you and I have a bit of a family resemblance (from this post).
Have you reported your relief to SOPA MilBlogs yet?

I had almost given up on up, but sounds like your quite busy! Anyhow, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on all the craziness on Capitol Hill these days.

Looks to me like you've exercised an enormous number of skills in pamphleteering - and been on target each time! Fire when ready...

The night of the fight, you may feel a slight sting. That's pride f*cking with you. F*ck pride. Pride only hurts, it never helps.
