Yesterday in a 2 to 1 decision the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia struck down the Washington D.C. handgun ban as UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Court strikes down D.C. handgun law
For the first time in 30 years honest citizens in the District of Columbia can legally own a handgun and keep it in their home. Criminals never paid any attention to the handgun ban because, well let's face it, THEY"RE CRIMINALS!!!!
Of course the Mayor and the circling moonbats of gun control are vowing to fight the ruling. Squandering thousands, if not millions, of tax payer dollars that would be better used to fight crime than to limit the freedoms of honest law abiding citizens.
The Highlights:
1. The first time a Federal Appeals Court struck down a law based on 2nd Amendment grounds.
2. The Majority stated that the 2nd Amendment "Right to Keep and Bear Arms" is an individual right, not a collective right of militias.
3. The moonbat in the minority claimed that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the other Amendments "didn't apply to the District of Columbia, because it is not a state"... Conclusively stating that the citizens of Washington D.C. are not citizens of the United States. Having spent several years there, I would tend to agree. However, legally I don't think that works... Only Native Americans get "Sovereign Nation" status within the U.S.
Hey, does this mean they're going to open casinos in Washington D.C.?!?

Hi. My name is Eugene Gershin. I'd like to welcome you to Obadiah Shoher's blog, Samson Blinded: A Machiavellian Perspective on the Middle East Conflict.
Obadiah is a pen name of a politician. He writes extremely controversial articles about Israel, the Middle East politics, and terrorism.
Obadiah advocates political rationalism instead of moralizing. He is economic liberal and political conservative.
Google refused advertising our site and Amazon deleted reviews of Obadiah's book. Nevertheless, Obadiah’s is the largest Jewish personal blog, read by more than 100,000 people monthly. 210,000 people from 81 countries downloaded Obadiah’s book. The blog was voted the best overall in People’s Choice: Jewish and Israeli blogs Awards, received Webby Honoree and other awards.
Please help us spread Obadiah's message, and mention the blog in one of your posts, or link to us. We would greatly appreciate your comments at www.samsonblinded.org/blog
Best wishes,
Eugene Gershin

The night of the fight, you may feel a slight sting. That's pride f*cking with you. F*ck pride. Pride only hurts, it never helps.

If you want to make $10-$150/hour and up to $3500/month of your free time working at
home part-time then this is the most important message you’re ever
going to read.
Here’s why:
“Businesses need ME! They’re paying me money – CASH – to a
36-year-old work-at-home mother to get my opinion.”
http://www.cash-reward-surveys.info/surveys.html
Guess what?
They also need YOU!
I’m not a marketing expert or a sales gal. In fact, I know very
little about business. But I do know exactly what I like and what
I don’t like. I know what products I would buy and what services
I would use.
Guess what? This is exactly what large companies are paying me
for. They need to know what their average customer needs and
wants. So these companies pay millions of dollars every month to
the average person. In return, the average person, myself
included, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.
You’ve got to try this out. Just click on the link below and
check it out yourself.
